    Iron Men of the SBCIron Men Educational Reimbursement 

    • Who qualifies? Any lead bivocational pastor or SBC church planter in the Send Network that already has a bachelor’s degree.
    • What does this cover? This educational reimbursement is to receive a fully online master’s degree. Each qualified planter in the Send Network or bivocational pastor is eligible to receive a maximum of $2400 per year. 
    •  When is this available? This reimbursement will be made after completing a semester and receiving a grade of B or higher. Individuals will submit their grades and proof of payment at the end of a semester for reimbursement. 
    •  Where may I attend? Any of the SBC seminaries or Union University, which provide a fully online master’s degree.
