Building a Prospect Base

It has been estimated that only three percent of all lost people come to church on their own initiative. This leaves 97 percent to be discovered, cultivated, encouraged, and brought in by other means. Churches that are serious about reaching the community for Jesus understand the value of spending time and money discovering people who need to be reached. Prospect cultivation is the seedbed of church growth.
