Church Loans – Getting Started
NAMB provides financing for the following uses:
- New purchases
- Refinances
- Construction of new building or expansion of existing facilities
- Renovation or repairs
- Church plant first unit financing
- Other - CFM can customize a loan for your church's particular need
To be considered for a loan, a church must be affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and complete a two-step process which includes a Borrowing Capacity Review and completion of a Loan Application.
