Next Level Leadership Network

The Next Level Leadership Network exists as a resource to equip and encourage Christ-like leaders. We have many coaches and facilitators throughout the US and Canada that believe “good leadership is like a channel of water controlled by God. He directs it wherever He chooses.” These coaching leaders consist of North American Mission Board staff, Southern Baptist national, state and local staff, local church pastors, and seminary professors that believe and practice the principles being taught. Our primary focus is to help leaders align themselves with God’s direction for their lives. Timothy/Barnabas

NAMB partners with Timothy Barnabas to provide reproducible and contextualized leadership training through its five regions. Started in 1994 through the leadership of Johnny Hunt, pastor of First Baptist Church Woodstock, Ga., Timothy Barnabas has provided leadership development through instruction, encouragement and networking at annual events such as pastors’ retreats and men’s conferences.
