If you are a North American Mission Board missionary or chaplain, please use this form to submit ministry-related prayer requests suitable for public distribution. Approved requests will be listed on either the PrayerConnect  page as a featured request for a particular week or our comprehensive prayer list .

Please refer to the pages linked above for examples of how requests will appear. Name and address information "for publication" is requested to allow you to choose exactly how you would like this information presented publicly.
