NAMB provides financing for the following uses: 

  • New purchases
  • Refinances
  • Renovation or repairs
  • Church plant first unit financing
  • Other - CFM can customize a loan for your church's particular need

To be considered for a loan, a church must be affiliated with the Southern Baptist Convention and complete a two-step process which includes a Borrowing Capacity Review and completion of a Loan Application.
