Tips for sharing your life:

1. Keep it simple in word and language.
2. Ask if you can share your life story.
3. Ask them to tell their story.
4. Keep the focus on Christ…not your ministry organization.
   

Your Story

Write out the following:

1. Start from your childhood experiences and work up to your current life experience.
2. Share what life was like before you trusted in Christ.
3. Explain what it was that drew you to trust in Christ including people, situations, etc.
4. Tell your story since you trusted in Christ
5. Be honest with failure(s) but don't divulge things that state more than is needed.
6. When including others, don't mention their family names.
7. Ask someone to read your testimony.
8. Practice telling your story to a friend.
