Our ICE team was on the way back to the motel and needed to stop at CVS Pharmacy to get a few things.
While in the parking lot myself and fellow team member, Wally Babb observed a van back into another car in the parking lot and then leave the scene of the accident.

My mother and I stood outside a liquor store praying for our fellow ICE team member John as he shared the Gospel with the store owner. I looked up to observe a woman walking directly toward us to go into the liquor store but the Lord directed me that I was to minister to her.
