The Approach
1. Conversational
Our culture has moved from an emphasis on monologue to dialogue. Everyone has an experience or story. The Net is designed to communicate relationally. It communicates the gospel through your story and your personal encounter with Christ.
2. Culturally Relevant
The Net seeks to go beyond just a presentation of the gospel, it seeks to build a relationship with people who cross our path, live in our neighborhood, work beside us or are a part of our family.
3. Gospel Driven/Story Based
What makes The Net so powerful? It's based on your story, that is, what God did in your life and what He offers to others. It uses John 14:6( the Way, the Truth and the Life) as it's foundation and combines the 3 parts of your personal testimony with the gospel truths. Example: "Before I met Christ, I didn't realize that He is the only way to God. But Jesus revealed the truth about me (I am a sinner) and the truth about God (He loves me and sent His Son to die for me), and only by repenting and personally receiving Him can I experience life now and eternally."
