The Chaplaincy Evangelism Team offers several types of development conferences for Southern Baptist chaplains and counselors in ministry.

The Regional Conference setting will be at the Southern Baptist seminary campuses. Two conferences outside the continental United States.
Seminar Topic: "Spiritual Formation-Spiritual Journey of Healing and Hope" Chaplains receive training in development and refreshment regarding "tools" that strengthen a person's spiritual formation. Seminar and break out sessions will focus on the development, improvement and use of tools for spiritual formation. This topic is intended for chaplains and spouses. Because the training will use "process" as a means of growth, spouses will be an intregal part of the training, for their own growth as well as a means of support for their spouse.
