2008 Schedule of Chaplaincy Development Conferences
The Chaplaincy Evangelism Team offers several types of development conferences for Southern Baptist chaplains and counselors in ministry.

Naitional Sponsored Events Registration
Registration is via the Cvent online system. When the date is highlighted below then registration is open for the conference. Simply "click" on the date and follow the web pages that appear. Registration fees may apply depending on the conference location. Questions should be directed to the Chaplaincy office by phone or e-mail.
The Regional Conference setting will be at the Southern Baptist seminary campuses. Additionally, two National Conferences will be offered at Ridgecrest and Glorieta. There is also one conference outside the continental United States.
Seminar subject matter: "Compassion Fatigue" Chaplains often ignore their own needs and build up a residual "load" of compassion fatigue, burn out, or even in extreme circumstances, post tramatic stress disorder. Seminar and break out sessions will focus on a process of spiritual healing for the chaplains and spouses.
Combat Chaplain Refreshment Program
This special program is offered to Southern Baptist endorsed military chaplains who will or have experienced deployment of 3 months or more. Military Chaplain should contact the Chaplaincy Office about details.
