Calling Women to Share God’s Heart

From My Heart to Yours . . .

I believe that God is calling women to share Christ with a lost world. Across North America, women are hungering and thirsting for God. They are seeking ways to apply God’s Word to their lives and become women with a purpose. They are realizing that they can make a difference in their marketplaces for Christ.

HeartCall seeks to find women with a passion for God, train them to make a difference, and network them together in order to carry out the task of, not bringing the world to Christ, but bringing Christ to the world.

The Call to Prayer

Nothing can be more important than to begin with prayer. God is calling women to pray and seek Him. He promises that He will listen and that those who seek Him will find Him. For each woman, He has a special plan that will bring hope and a future. Women must begin calling on Him and praying for themselves as well as for others to know Him. "’For I know the plans I have for you,’ declares the Lord, ‘plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future. Then you will call upon me and come and pray to me, and I will listen to you. You will seek me and find me when you seek me with all your heart"’ (Jer. 29:11-13, NIV).

The Call to Power

As women pray, they must call on Him, the creator of the universe, for His power. When hearts are clean, the Holy Spirit is able to work through women in great and mighty ways. He is the One who shares Christ with a lost world. He is the One who draws people unto Himself. It is the power of God working that enables women to make a difference in the worlds they live in. There is nothing to fear. "For God did not give us a spirit of timidity, but a spirit of power, of love and of self-discipline. So do not be ashamed to testify about our Lord, or ashamed of me his prisoner. But join with me in suffering for the gospel, by the power of God, who has saved us and called us to a holy life—not because of anything we have done but because of his own purpose and grace" (2 Tim. 1:7-9, NIV).

The Call to Purpose

God desires that women come to know Him and to share that hope He has put in their lives. He has a plan for each one. God wants each woman to give Him all of her heart and for her to get to know His heart. He desires to use them in bold and creative ways to share Christ with a lost world. Remember that it is His power that changes lives! "I raised you up for this very purpose, that I might display my power in you and that my name might be proclaimed in all the earth" (Rom. 9:17, NIV).

Your Call

"With this in mind, we constantly pray for you, that our God may count you worthy of his calling, and that by his power he may fulfill every good purpose of yours and every act prompted by your faith. We pray this so that the name of our Lord Jesus may be glorified in you, and you in him, according to the grace of our God and the Lord Jesus Christ." (2 Thess. 1:11-12, NIV).

Will you join your heart with mine in HeartCall? Will you commit to pray for God to raise up women to share Christ with a hurting and broken world?
