How to Receive Mission Teams

Hosting a mission team requires a great deal of work.  Providing a positive experience for volunteers is essential if we hope to keep them involved in the future.  Whether the team is composed of 2 or 200, it involves much more than simply saying, "Ya’ll come!"  Some of the important issues include:  expectations, goals, needs, leadership and organization, transportation, housing, meals, and always communication.
