Families on Mission
Broken Arrow, Oklahoma                              
July 4-9, 2009 

Cost: $250 per person

Minimum age: Completion of kindergarten

Ministry Projects:   The North American Mission Board and Tulsa Metro Baptist Association staff will coordinate a variety of mission projects in the Broken Arrow area just southeast of Tulsa. Family participants will work with local Southern Baptist churches to minister to the lost and hurting people of the area. Mission projects will include Vacation Bible School, Backyard Bible Clubs, light construction or painting, sports camps, block parties, and random acts of kindness evangelism. 

Housing: Families will stay in a local motel.

Meals and Meetings: We will meet at a local church for evening meals and evening worship times. Breakfast will be at the hotel and sack lunches will be provided for ministry project days.
