• Student Missionary Opportunities

The North American Mission Board celebrates the calling-out of those whom God is sending across the United States and Canada. With a vision to see as many people as possible come to faith in Christ, the following are opportunities for students to help Southern Baptists accomplish the Great Commission through evangelism that leads to new churches—including some of the most under-reached and underserved areas in North America.

A student missionary is a high school-age or college-age student who serves for 6 to 52 weeks to assist local churches as they seek to accomplish the Great Commission through evangelism and church planting. These young men and women serve on the front lines of missions, participating in experiences designed to help students develop for a lifetime of missionary service.
