Church planting missionary Scott Venable is pastor of Mosaic Church in Chicago. Scott and his wife, Ashley, were featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.

As a LoveLoud Missionary serving as catalyst for the West Region, Lorna works with churches in 13 western states to help them discover creative ways to reach out to neglected neighbors, communities and children. Lorna was featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.

    God used a church plant in the Philippines to change Peter Yanes' life. Now he returns that favor by helping plant churches in and around Philadelphia. Peter and his wife, Irene, were featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.

    Sue was a helpless, homeless mother of a newborn. She showed up on Kay Bennett's New Orleans doorstep one night, and hasn't been the same since. Kay is director of Baptist Friendship House in New Orleans, which ministers to homeless women and children. Kay was featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.


    Ben Pilgreen: Seeing the Stories

    Austin was part-Jewish, part-Catholic and part-Muslim. then he met Jesus at a Southern Baptist church plant. That's the kind of crazy life story a San Francisco church planter like Ben Pilgreen gets to see all the time. Ben works with Epic Church in downtown San Francisco, which reaches people from more than 30 countries. Ben and his wife, Shauna, were featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.


    Victor Thomas: We Had to Do Something

    Victor Thomas is a church planter and pastor of The Point Community Church, which initially started as a university church and has grown to reach the surrounding communities in Burnaby, Coquitlam and Vancouver. Victor and his wife, Candice, were featured during the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.


    Scott Venable: Hoop Dream

    Using basketball as a way to connect with inner-city kids in Chicago, church planting missionary Scott Venable is leading Mosaic Church to share the gospel in the Wicker Park area. This video is part of the children's mission study for the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.


    Kay Bennett: Human Traffic

    Kay is director of Baptist Friendship House in New Orleans which ministers to homeless women and children who are often easy prey for human traffickers. This video is part of the adult and youth mission studies for the 2013 North American Missions Emphasis.
