    OMX mission studies are topic-based studies that can be dropped into any existing ministry to adults or students. Each study is accompanied by a six-minute video segment from the Emmy-award winning On Mission Xtra television show.


  • OMX: Imagine That

    Imagine That 200He was once a homeless man on Skid Row. Now, Ron Thomas is a church planter in Southern California. In this video see how a chance encounter with a little girl changed Ron's life, and see how God is now using Ron on Skid Row to change the lives of others.


    OMX: Artistically Speaking

    God is using people with all kinds of talents to share Jesus with the world. Illusionist Brock Gill spreads the hope of Christ through tricks, escapes, and visual stunts. Comedian Kenn Kington shares how God has used laughter to impact his life and others. Step inside an Atlanta art gallery and meet missionary Kerry Jackson and the church he started specifically for artists. Recording artist Mandisa shares her story and sings live in the OMX studio.

    OMX: Intervention

    Missionary Michael Allen at Uptown Baptist Church in Chicago and the folks at the Charis House in Florida have seen the devastation that drug addiction brings to individuals and families. But they've also seen the redeeming power of Jesus break those chains. Reggie Robbins from Set Free Ministries shares stories about grace paid forward. And with her own story of redemption, Stephanie Smith sings her hit song "Renew Me."

    OMX: Desperate Choices

    By age 19, Dawn had faced two crisis pregnancies and an abortion. Unfortunately, she is not alone. In the U.S. Alone, 6.3 million women face a crisis pregnancy each year. Pregnancy resource centers exist nationwide to tell these women there is hope and a future for them and their babies in Jesus Christ. Danny and Danielle were advised to terminate a pregnancy because of medical complications. They chose life for their daughter Bobbie and found joy in the short life of this tiny miracle.

    OMX: A New Hope

    In this special edition of On Mission Xtra, we'll take you deep inside the walls of the Louisiana State Penitentiary. Named for the birthplace of its former slaves, today Angola is a maximum security prison that is home to more than 5,000 inmates – most of whom will die here. Angola had the reputation of being the bloodiest, most violent prison in the country, until something changed—to a give the inmates—“A New Hope.”
