Join Replant practitioners from across North America for training and equipping at The Replant Practitioner Training. This training will help you address the needs of the declining churches that require replanting or revitalizing.

TRACKS

Track 1: Consultation and Team Training Track

Learn and apply tried and tested principles and processes from replant consultants. This track offers in depth and interactive training for those working with struggling churches. From the first phone call to offering recommendations to implementing strategies, this track is designed to bring life to congregations in decline or near death.

We will walk participants through five stages of replanting a dying church:

  1. Exploration: Discerning the readiness of the church to embrace change
  2. Examination: Discovering key data points and cultural realities
  3. Recommendation: Selecting and recommending appropriate options for churches
  4. Presentation: Presenting key findings to leaders and congregation
  5. Implementation: Beginning the work of replanting in the local context

Train as a Team

Track 1 is open for AMS/DOMs and up to four leaders from their local associations.

Track 2: Advanced Issues and Concerns in Replanting

This track is open to those who have completed track 1 in a previous year.

This track focuses on:

  • current realties faced in Replanting and Revitalization,
  • leadership and the church life cycle,
  • assessing congregational readiness,
  • replanter cohorts and trainings,
  • rural replant strategies,
  • and associational based resources to advance church health and develop congregational renewal.

Logistics

NAMB will provide lodging for up to three nights for the first 250 registrants.

Meals will be provided during the event.

 

Travel Recommendations

  • Arrive Sunday, March 13
  • Depart Tuesday, March 15 (training ends 4 p.m. EST)
  • Arrive and depart from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport

Our musical guest, Chosen Road, will lead a special Monday evening Hymn Sing with songs from their new release, Appalachian Hymns.
