It\u2019s Sunday morning. You have just finished preaching a sermon you have spent all week preparing. As the congregation leaves, a deacon pulls you aside and tells you a last-minute deacon\u2019s meeting has been scheduled for tonight to discuss some \u201cdifferences of opinion that need to be addressed immediately.\u201d<\/p>\n

You\u2019ll spend the rest of your afternoon wondering what will unfold in that meeting. You try to prepare yourself for the conflict that is sure to arise.<\/p>\n

Have you ever found yourself in a situation like this? Or something similar? You probably have, in one way or another, because the church and pastoral ministry are not immune to dealing with conflict.<\/p>\n

This is why you should attend this year\u2019s Replant Summit on Aug. 22-23 in Alpharetta, Georgia.<\/p>\n

At this year\u2019s Replant Summit, we want to come alongside you and help you navigate the complexities of a conflict culture that has unfortunately permeated the church.<\/p>\n

Our theme is \u201cReframing Conflict,\u201d drawing inspiration from Romans 12:18 \u2013 \u201cIf it is possible, as far as it depends on you, live at peace with everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

This year\u2019s Replant Summit will feature seven encouraging sessions and breakout sessions, each crafted to help pastors to endure and lead well amidst challenges. From practical strategies to spiritual insights, each session aims to equip leaders to navigate conflict with grace, wisdom and resilience.<\/p>\n

As a special highlight, join us Thursday evening for a soul-stirring time of worship led by Matt Papa, setting the tone for two days of growth, reflection and renewal.<\/p>\n

We know that attending a conference interrupts the rhythm of pastoral ministry, and you may be on the fence about attending. Here are three reasons we believe you should attend the Replant Summit this year.<\/p>\n

1. Come be encouraged<\/strong>
\nWe know that pastoring in a replant or revitalization can be discouraging at times. This is why one of our main goals is for you to leave the Replant Summit encouraged to press on in your calling and in the community where God has placed you.<\/p>\n

2. Come be equipped<\/strong>

3. Come to worship<\/strong>
\nIn the throes of pastoral ministry, it can be hard to stop and worship the Lord. Every session at the Replant Summit will be centered on the teachings of Scripture and music intended for heartfelt worship of God.<\/p>\n
