FAQ

Running Late

If you arrive late (after 6:30 p.m.) on Friday evening, please stop by the registration table, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts.

Dress Code

Casual dress is fine! Some people will wear slacks and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some will be in jeans or shorts the entire time. Speakers will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner, so it really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so please dress casually and enjoy yourself.

Special Dietary Needs

If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Debbie Sills, [email protected], so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for times that we will have meals together as a group. Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with us to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at mealtime, so they know where you are located and how to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.

For More Information

For any questions concerning the retreat, the online registration process or if you need further assistance, please call the North American Mission Board at (800) 634-2462, Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. (ET). You may also email [email protected] for assistance.
