Expenses: Meals and Lodging during the training will be provided for by NAMB. NAMB does not cover additional nights lodging, additional room requirements, travel expenses to and from the training, internet usage, parking fees, telephone charges, room upgrades, and room service.
You have the option of adding Sunday night to your registration here, but for other extra nights you must do a separate reservation by calling the JW Marriott Phoenix Desert Ridge Resort & Spa at 5350 East Marriott Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85054, 480-293-5000.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations prior to January 15th will receive 100% reimbursement. If you cancel between January 15th and January 31st, you will be reimbursed 50% of the registration cost. Childcare Policy: The North American Mission Board (NAMB) Chaplaincy Team is committed to provide quality and relevant training for our chaplains and spouses. We acknowledge the availability of childcare at various events determine whether a spouse attends the event. Our desire is for the chaplain and spouse to be available to attend, however, constraints do not allow for the provision of childcare.
If a family decides to bring their children, please understand the need for an environment within the training sessions that allows for open and honest dialogue, thus children are not permitted in the training sessions.
