Catch the Vision – Phoenix

May 14 - May 16, 2019

Host pastor: Micah Fries of Brainerd Baptist Church, Chattanooga TN.

Come see and catch a vision for planting a church in Phoenix, the fifth-largest metro area in the United States. Every day, a net of 350 people move into Phoenix. With the average evangelical church size at around 85 people, we have to start more than three churches a day to keep up with our growing population. On this tour, you will see and pray over our city, meet successful planters and catch a glimpse of what God wants you and your church to accomplish for His kingdom.

Details

This event is designed for SBC pastors who want to engage in a long-term partnership with a new church plant.

Travel arrangements and expenses to and from the Send City are to be made and covered by the attendee for all CTVs. Arrival and departure times will be sent to you following registration, so you can plan your travel.

Scholarships for lodging and most meals are available for qualified pastors. This limited scholarship allows a pastor to bring one person with him (one room per church). Hotel reservations will be secured for you by NAMB, and a hotel confirmation will be sent to you at least one week prior to the event start date. (Unfortunately, logistics of the event will not accommodate children.)

Scholarships are limited, so following your registration, NAMB’s Send City Missionary will connect with you to confirm that this event is right for your church at this time.

This scholarship is provided by generous individual donations to NAMB for events such as this. No Cooperative Program or Annie Armstrong Easter Offering funds are used for this scholarship.

If you would like additional information or have questions, please contact Monty Patton at mpatton@namb.net or 623-670-0289.
