Pastor Wellness Retreats are three-day retreats designed to bring deep encouragement and instruction to pastors and wives, church staff and lay leaders. Teaching topics include leadership, prayer, evangelism, encouragement, and hope.
Pastor Alone – $149 (includes lodging)
Pastor & Wife – $299 (includes lodging)
The registration price includes two nights lodging, all sessions, nightly programming, two dinners, one lunch, two breakfasts, two coffee/dessert receptions, conference materials and a NAMB gift packet.
Arrival Schedule: Tuesday, September 13
3:00-5:00 p.m. – Registration / Room Check-In
6:15 p.m. – Doors open for dinner
6:30 p.m. – Dinner
7:30 p.m. – Worship and message
If you arrive late (after 6:30 p.m.) on Tuesday evening, please stop by the registration table, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal as long as the kitchen still has hot plates available when you arrive.
You will provide the front desk with a credit card at check-in for any incidentals charged to your room. This same credit card will be charged for any extra nights at check-out. The NAMB Pastor Wellness Retreat office does not collect payment for extra nights added to your registration.
Extra Night Option
NAMB has contracted a discounted room rate. The resort allows us to offer the special rate to our attendees who would like to add a night to their reservation. The offer is for pre-retreat and post-retreat nights (based upon resort availability). All extra nights must be included on our master rooming list to receive the contracted room rate. If you are indeed planning to stay extra nights (and you have not already contacted the NAMB Pastor Wellness Retreat office) would you please email Katie Bell: email@example.com and let us know your plans so we can confirm for you.
Payment For Extra Nights: You will provide the front desk with a credit card at check-in for any incidentals charged to your room. This same credit card will be charged for any extra nights at check-out. The NAMB Pastor Wellness Retreat office does not collect payment for extra nights.
Casual dress is fine! Some people will wear slacks and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some will be in jeans or shorts the entire time. Speakers will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner, so it really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so please dress casually, and enjoy yourself while at the retreat.
Special Dietary Needs
If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Katie Bell, firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for times that we will have meals together as a group. Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with us to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at mealtime, so they know where you are located and how to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.
NAMB will cover the cost for two nights parking at the resort. The cost will be charged to your room.
