Arrival Schedule: Friday, August 26
3:00-5:00 p.m. – Registration / Room Check-In
6:00 p.m. – Doors open for dinner (Training Center Dining Hall)
7:00 p.m. – Worship and message (Training Center Auditorium)
If you arrive late (after 6:00 p.m.) on Friday evening, please stop by the registration table, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal.
Casual dress is fine! Some people will wear slacks and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some will be in jeans or shorts the entire time. Speakers will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner, so it really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so please dress casually, and enjoy yourself while at the retreat.
Special Dietary Needs
If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Katie Bell, [email protected], so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for times that we will have meals together as a group.
