Running Late
If you arrive late (after 6:30 p.m.) on Monday evening, please stop by the registration table in the hallway, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal as long as the kitchen still has hot plates available when you arrive.

Check-in
You will provide the front desk with a credit card at check-in for any incidentals charged to your room. This same credit card will be charged for any extra nights at check-out. The NAMB Timothy+Barnabas office does not collect payment for extra nights added to your registration.

Extra Night Option
Timothy+Barnabas has a contracted room rate. The resort allows us to offer the special rate to our attendees who would like to add a night to their reservation. The offer is for one night pre-retreat and one night post-retreat (based upon resort availability). All extra nights must be included on our master rooming list to receive the contracted room rate. If you are planning to stay extra nights and have not already contacted the NAMB Timothy+Barnabas office, please email Katie Bell: kbell@namb.net and let us know your plans so we can confirm for you.

Payment For Extra Nights: You will provide the front desk with a credit card at check-in for any incidentals charged to your room. This same credit card will be charged for any extra nights at check-out. The NAMB Timothy+Barnabas office does not collect payment for extra nights.

Dress Code
Casual dress is fine! Some people will wear slacks and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some will be in jeans or shorts the entire time. Pastor Johnny will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner, so it really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so please dress casually, and enjoy yourself while at the retreat.

Special Dietary Needs
If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Katie Bell, kbell@namb.net, so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for times that we will have meals together as a group. Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with us to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at meal time, so they know where you are located and how to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.

Parking
There is no self-parking at the resort. When you arrive, valet park your car and NAMB will cover the cost.

Resort Amenities
Complimentary in-room internet. Also you may want to enjoy the world-class spa, golf, bike rental, hiking/walking trails, Segway tours, canoe and kayak Rentals, etc. See the resort website for detailed information on each!

Ritz-Carlton Spa
Please plan to take advantage of the complimentary amenities such as the steam room, sauna, whirlpool, and indoor pool. You have 24-hour access to the fitness center with your room key.
