Running Late: If you arrive late (after 6:30 p.m.) on Tuesday evening, please stop by the Registration Table in the lobby, and one of our staff members will assist you in retrieving your registration packet and gifts. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal as long as the kitchen has hot plates available when you arrive.
Lodging is not included: Click here for a list of preferred hotels, condos and cabins. When booking your reservation over the phone, please mention the NAMB Timothy+Barnabas Pastors and Wives Retreat to receive a discounted rate.
Dress Code: Casual dress is fine. Some people will wear dress pants and a button-up shirt to the evening dinners, and some are in jeans the entire time. Pastor Johnny will most likely teach in jeans and even wear them to dinner. It really depends on what you are most comfortable wearing. It’s a retreat, so dress casually and enjoy yourself.
Special Dietary Needs: If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email Katie Bell firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can pass on your information to the chef for times that we will have meals together as a group. Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with us to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at mealtime, so they know where you are located and how to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.
Parking: Most attendees stay in downtown Gatlinburg hotels close enough to walk to the Mills Auditorium. If you will be driving to the retreat each day there is public parking available straight across the street from the Mills Auditorium entrance on Historic Nature Trail. There is no free parking available for the Convention Center.
