Church/Organization will use the grant funds (and any interest income earned from investment of funds) only for approved project or ministry designated in this request and must obtain prior written permission from NAMB before using grant funds for any purpose. If the grant funds are intended to support a specific project or to provide support for a specific time period, church/organization will return any unexpended portion of the grant funds to NAMB at the completion of such project or time period. Financial Accounting: Church/Organization will keep a record of all receipts and expenditures relating to the grant. If requested by NAMB, church/organization will provide NAMB a detailed financial accounting, verifying how the grant was utilized in connection with the approved ministry project.
