Christine talks with Ashlyn Portero, who serves as co-Executive Director at City Church in Tallahassee, Florida. In her role, she oversees many ministry areas in the church and, alongside her counterpart, manages a large church staff. Ashlyn shares candidly about how she had to fight against insecurities early on in her tenure at the church, and especially how she felt easily threatened as a young, inexperienced leader.
