Leaders work smarter, not harder

A picture is worth a thousand words. Right? So what words does this one say? 3930 Uhhh, those kids are heavier than I thought. Or, maybe the fact that I haven’t worked out since January has finally caught up with me. I could not lift that bench to save my life. I tried. 3 times! Never fear, though. I work smarter, not harder. I made one key adjustment and success was in my hands. Literally. 3931Good leaders know to work smarter, not harder. Learning to equip others in order to delegate tasks, employing new strategies, thinking outside the box to accomplish ministry . . . these are all ways to work smarter and accomplish much more.
