Churches all across North America are confronting significant challenges within an ever-evolving landscape. Local associations stand at the forefront, serving these congregations and leading the way. The Replant Team is excited to host a two-day, in-depth training program specially crafted by AMS/DOMs for AMS/DOMs. This program is designed to provide an interactive and immersive training experience in church replanting, with a focus on guiding struggling churches towards renewed health and vitality.
This comprehensive training comprises two distinct tracks:
Track 1: Replant Practitioner and Team Training
- Gain a solid foundation in the principles of church replanting and revitalization.
- Explore consultation dynamics for working effectively with local churches.
- Benefit from practical insights derived from real-world case studies.
- We strongly recommend attending this training as a team, alongside other associational staff, pastors, and leaders. Each AMS/DOM leader has the option to bring up to three additional team members for joint training.
Track 2: Specialized Training for Associational Leaders
- Focuses on the strategic roles of associational leaders in fostering church renewal.
- Features a combination of teachings and interactive workshop segments.
- Please note that participation in Track 2 requires prior completion/attendance of the Track 1 Replant Practitioner training.
The training lab will kick off at 9:00 a.m. on Monday and will conclude by 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. While wives are welcome to travel alongside their husbands, training participation is restricted to the practitioners themselves.
AMS/DOMs and up to 3 other members of a replant/revitalization team will have their hotel and meals covered for the duration of the event. For this reason, if you are unable to attend, please reach out to [email protected] as soon as possible.
