How do I make a gift in memory of or in honor of an individual?

Tribute gifts are accepted by mail or online.

To mail, send your check with a note detailing the fund, type of tribute (in memory or in honor) and indicate the name and address of who you want to receive an acknowledgement.

To make a gift online, fill out the giving form, click submit to complete the gift. Once you are redirected to the confirmation page, follow the directions under the “Send a Tribute Card” section and complete the tribute information. To print your card at home, visit the Print Your Tribute Card at Home section on the checkout page.
