NAMB did not file the case, and we are not able to state the plaintiff’s true motives in filing a lawsuit against our ministry. NAMB has consistently denied all the allegations leveled against it by the plaintiff and consistently stated that it will vigorously defend itself in the appropriate forum. So long as the plaintiff chooses to maintain his unfounded claims against our ministry, NAMB will defend itself.
