There’s a difference between struggles and burnout.
Burnout is one of the causes of moral failure in leaders.
Your rest is not found in cessation of activities, or in recreational activities. Your rest must be found in Christ.
If you’re abiding in Christ, you won’t experience burnout, because Christ will be your strength.
A good diagnostic question: What do you think about when you’re not thinking about anything?
